Thanksgiving is one of the times of the year that we take a break from the day-to-day to pauseHello Health Thanksgiving and reflect. On this occasion, all of us at Hello Health, Inc. would like to thank our valued customers for their trust, collaboration and loyalty.

Becoming a Hello Health customer is both easy and difficult. Easy because as a turnkey cloud-based solution that is free and revenue-generating, the traditional hurdles of cost and technology requirements are removed. Moreover, the implementation, training and adoption path is streamlined and efficient aided by an electronic health record interface that is intuitive and elegant in its simplicity.  ut the relationship between us but equally, if not more so, we thank our customers for embracing a patient-centered technology platform as an investment in their relationship with their customers…their patients.

The hard part is in recognizing that the traditional electronic health record products are not the only choices available in today’s market. It takes foresight, commitment , and a fierce loyalty to one’s practice and patients, to look beyond the limited scope of digital documentation and integrate instead an electronic health record that also engages patients with a patient health portal, and to introduce to their patients a higher level of convenience, access and engagement that is worth paying for. The commitment is not measured in dollars and cents but in following the true north of their clinical and personal compass.

So to all our current customers, we thank you for making Hello Health an integral part of your practice and the relationship your patients enjoy with you and your team.  And to future customers, we thank you for your interest in Hello Health and look forward to welcoming you to our community. Happy Thanksgiving!
